CANCELATION and RESCHEDULE POLICY 

Thank you for taking the time to read through our cancelation policy.

 

As a solo suite and small business we work by appointments only and we strive to provide personalized, positive experience to all guests and to stay in business it is important for us to have consistency in our schedule.  When you book your appointment, we promise that the time is reserved exclusively for YOU. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I ask that all of my guests to give us  at least 48 hours notice

FACE SŪBLIME prides itself on high quality service, which includes on-time appointments and providing efficient, one-on-one sessions and sanitation after EVERY guest leaves the room

​

• Cancellations & reschedules that occur less than 48 hours to your appointment will be charged a fee of 50% of the service(s) scheduled 

​

• Cancellations & reschedules that occur less than 24 hours to your appointment or on the day of your appointment will be charged a fee of 90% of the service(s) scheduled

​

•Guests that fail to show/miss the appointment will be charged a “No Show” fee, which is 99% of the original cost of the scheduled service

​

• If you are sick, feeling unwell, symptoms of COVID, waiting on COVID test results we can reschedule your appointment without a charge, however if not rescheduled or canceled after it has been rescheduled, you will be charged fee of 90% of the service(s) scheduled 

​

• If there is a history of often cancelations and appointment rescheduling,  you may be subjected to paying the cancelation deposit before your booking will be accepted for next time and if canceled or rescheduled again the deposit will not be refunded

​

LATE ARRIVALS

I understand that local and freeway traffic can get busy, the parking lot can get hectic, and life can happen. However, please know that if you arrive 5 minutes or more late to please contact us and let us know. We will do our best to accommodate your appointment. However, you may be asked to reschedule and charged a fee of 50% if there is not enough time.

  • Cancellation and “No Show” fees will be charged to the credit card on file. Once this charge is completed, you may then schedule a new appointment at FACE SŪBLIME. If the card declines, a hold will be put on your profile in our system.

 

  • By having a card on file and reading and understanding the policy, you are giving FACE SŪBLIME permission to charge your card in the event of a late, cancellation, and/or a no-show.
